Some artists may choose to use AI tools as part of their creative process, similar to how artists might use digital software, photography, or other modern tools.

When AI has been used as part of an artist’s process, this will be clearly noted in the product listing. AI is never presented as the artist itself.

An original work refers to the artist’s original creative expression (such as a painting, drawing, or digital artwork), regardless of whether it is later reproduced in printed or manufactured form.

Original works may exist as:

• Physical artworks
• Digitally created artworks
• Digitally assisted artworks (when disclosed)

No. Products such as:

are reproductions of the original artwork, produced for display, collection, or everyday use.

Some presentation images—such as lifestyle mockups or staged display settings—may be AI-generated or digitally enhanced to help visualize how a product may appear in real-world settings. These images are used for illustrative purposes only and do not alter or replace the original artwork.

Yes. If AI is used in any meaningful way in the creation of an artwork itself, this information will be clearly disclosed in the product description.

Because many of our products are printed on demand, orders are not shipped immediately after purchase.

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. This time allows each item to be carefully printed, inspected, and prepared for shipment.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Most orders arrive within 8–17 business days from the date of purchase.

While we do our best to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to:

• High order volume
• Carrier delays
• Weather or other circumstances beyond our control

We take great care in producing and packing each item, and because many of our products are made in limited quantities or printed on demand, all sales are final.

That said, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we absolutely want to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect sizing or format selection
• Minor variations in color or print (which can naturally occur between screens and printed materials)
